• Stretching calf muscles to reduce tightness
• Wearing correct footwear for both everyday and sporting activities
• Using appropriate insoles that support the arch and reduce tension on ligaments and muscles
• Using Heel Pads / Cups / Cushions to add extra shock absorption to shoes, therefore reducing pressure on heels
