2Foot2.co.uk offers a dual website enabling Trade and Retail enquiries / purchases. If you are a Healthcare professional use the Trade option when viewing and purchasing our Footcare products, whilst the Retail site offers discounts of up to 70% off RRP for the general public.

The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including VAT where applicable. The price does not include any importation taxes applicable outside of the United Kingdom.

Delivery

We deliver to the following regions: United Kingdom / Channel Islands / Europe

Your order will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days via Jersey Post/Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. However we do ask you to allow up to 21 days for delivery, if your order has not arrived after this time, please contact our customer services department. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).

2foot2 offers Free delivery on Everything to the United Kingdom / Channel Islands and just £ 7.95 for Europe, we can deliver your order straight to your home or workplace, whichever is most convenient for you.

Our Customer Service Department operates between 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Any emails received outside these times will be dealt with at the earliest possible opportunity.
It is important to carry out the following Procedure upon Receipt of your Delivery in order to enable us to resolve your problem as efficiently as possible:

·        Always inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage.
·        Open your delivery upon receipt and check that it contains all the goods which you ordered.
·        Check the packaging carefully before discarding it.
·        Check the goods correspond with your order.

Please e-mail our Customer Services Department if your delivery has not arrived within 3 working days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Items

If you think that your goods have been damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Services Department within two working days of receiving your delivery, in order to enable us to carry out any investigations. We will require full details including the nature of the damage, your name, order number and contact details.

Missing items

If you feel certain after following the “Procedure upon receipt of your delivery” set out above, that an item is missing, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible after receiving your delivery in order for us to locate your missing item. Please provide full details including the nature of the missing items, your name, order number and contact details.

Incorrect items

If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open this as we need to receive it back in the same condition as it was sent. Please email our Customer Services Department within two working days of receiving your delivery in order for us to investigate the error. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details.
Returns

You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. An item may only be returned if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. These include products that you have unsealed or opened.

Item(s) may be returned by post. Always include the returns slip from the bottom of your Invoice/Receipt when returning goods. Returned goods remain your risk and responsibility until they are received by 2Foot2 Limited.  We strongly recommend that you use one of the Royal Mail’s premium services which are traceable or require a signature on delivery.

Exchanges and Refunds

Our Customer Service Department will decide, after discussion with you, whether 2Foot2 Limited will replace any defective or undelivered goods or issue a refund for the purchase price minus all charges involved in the processing and delivery of the goods. If an incorrect size has been ordered and returned for exchange in accordance with the above the customer will be liable for any postage and packaging charges incurred by 2foot2 Limited. 

Kindly note that if you do not receive your parcel within your expected timescale, please be aware that the Post Office will not regard a First or Second Class parcel as 'missing' until 15 working days have elapsed since the parcel was dispatched. We regret that we can take no further action until that period has elapsed, as the Post Office will not allow a claim for lost post before then.

Furthermore, once a claim has been raised, the Post Office will write to you asking you to confirm non-delivery: you will be asked to complete and return their form (P91). When the Post Office receive your returned form they will agree the loss, and we can then re-send the item or refund your payment.

No refunds will be made unless the goods are returnable and we have received them back in the exact condition in which they were delivered within seven working days of your delivery. This refund will exclude the cost of delivering the product to you, and will not include the cost of returning the product to us.

Once goods have been received by 2Foot2 Limited at the returns address a refund will be processed to your credit card. Please allow up to 10 days for this process to be completed.

Please note that credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order and that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in this Section.

By using the forms on this website and disclosing your personal details you are consenting to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information. We will require your name, address and contact details.

The information collected from you will only be used for the purposes of processing your order. All information you give us is kept completely confidential and will only be used in conjunction with your order through 2foot2.co.uk.

We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your payment card information when you place an order, this is taken care of by Protx whom we partner with. For your added security all payment transactions are processed automatically by RBSI, therefore 2foot2.co.uk are not party to your personal credit card or bank details.

All information you give us is kept completely confidential and will only be used in conjuction with your order through 2foot2.co.uk.
